Effects and Recommendation :
Ethinyl Estradiol/Desogestrel may alter the therapeutic effects of Warfarin Sodium.
ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES and high dose estrogens may be thrombogenic in rare occasions. No special precautions necessary. Monitor anticoagulation paremeters as usual.
