Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: death, pancreatitis Concomitant use of Pentamidine Isethionate and Zalcitabine may increase risk of developing pancreatitis.
Death from pancreatitis has been reported with this combination. When PENTAMIDINE is indicated, interrupt ZALCITABINE treatment and restart after PETAMIDINE treatment is finished.
